We Are On Point, a budding organisation, fuelled by Sarah and Sam and in partnership with Kit Showande and Aspire4u, who have extensive experience working to engage with young people. They are the driving force behind bridging the gap between businesses and the elusive younger generation. Aspire4u CIC has spent numerous years working towards improving young people’s lives, providing them with invaluable mental health support, financial advice, and building like-minded communities. Kit and his team are recognised as experts in engaging with hard-to-reach communities, so together we are excited about how we can work together.

Sarah Morrison
Sarah Morrison brings over 25 years of invaluable experience, having worked with prestigious blue-chip companies and public sector organisations including Rolls-Royce, Shell, Boots, Barclays, Medtronic, and even the British Army. Throughout her illustrious career, Sarah has encountered a consistent challenge—engaging with young people who are difficult to reach. It is this very challenge that fuels her belief in the potential of this groundbreaking initiative.
Sam Rock
Meanwhile, Sam Rock complements Sarah’s profile with a similar line of impressive accomplishments. A communications professional, with significant experience within branding, marketing, internal communication and engagement, Sam’s passion for diversity and inclusivity has been the common thread throughout her career. Being able to utilise her expertise to support and improve the lives of young people and their communities is a career dream come true.

Together, their combined expertise is both vast and unique, forming the backbone of our innovative approach at OnPoint. With Sarah and Sam at the helm, we are poised to revolutionise the way businesses engage with the younger generation, especially those who may be hesitant to be contacted.
